The Plymouth Lions Foundation encourages individual and corporate tax-deductible* donations on a continuing basis by rewarding donors for their cumulative donations.
To make a donation, please use the following form (in pdf format).
As each donor's contribution reaches one of the following listed levels, they will be rewarded with a token signifying their support of the Plymouth Lions Foundation.
